This means sustainable drainage systems (SUDS) will become mandatory under the flood and water management act 2010. Here at GP Property Ltd we can design, supply and install any type of underfloor heating system for your home or business. We cover all aspects of gas and electric underfloor heating, from small single room installations to complete design packages for new builds and renovations.
The electric system you install will depend on the size of the room and how well insulated it is, what the flooring below it is like and whether it is insulated, and the type of flooring you'll have on top. Options include loose-fit wiring flexible enough to fit into small or awkward spaces, electric cable systems, or heating mats you roll out to cover larger areas.
Wet system underfloor heating works by pumping warm water from any heat source through plastic tubes installed under the floor. By spreading the heat around a large area, it can provide sufficient heating without the need for extra heat sources such as radiators.
